Coming from Burlington, NC, Steve Brame is glad to be returning closer to home. After an initial 15 year career in Public Safety and Emergency Medicine, Steve made a drastic career change and entered the computer industry by attending DeVry University and working full time as a Support Analyst for a large hospital system. With the advent of computer multimedia and the Web, creative illusions was receiving more and more requests for their video productions to be delivered not on tape, but via CD, DVD and the web. This prompted Steve to leave the relative safety of the hospital in 1997 and join his wife’s team as their Rich Media Director. Currently, creative illusions Productions delivers nearly 100 percent of it’s productions via CD, DVD or the Web. Steve manages this delivery process and oversees all aspects of video encoding, streaming media, Flash animation, DVD and Blu-ray authoring and multimedia development.
